i looked in the mirror for a little while before i got in the shower and was like, damn i really like my body, and was pleased with that thought, showered and saw myself again when i got out and was like, ew.
today i made a really good sandwich and am contemplating being vegan again because the stuff i’ve been eating the last couple of days have really been making my body feel a lot better.
i’ve been thinking/writing about how i’m not taking great care of myself lately, mostly internally and i don’t know, changing eating patterns is hard, especially when you don’t really live anywhere/don’t have the energy to cook for yourself. but hopefully i can get better at it.
i looked into the mirror for a long time again today (it’s weird being in a house with so many mirrors). i like my face. i mean, i like my whole self, but i was just looking at my face and thinking about how weird it is that it’s mine, yada yada yada.
i need to write more. i need to drink more water.
oh and i’m going to maine tomorrow and i’m EXCITED.

I’ve been cultivating and re-configuring these projects for a while now, and I think maybe just maybe they’re finally materializing into something I really like.
In a few weeks I’ll be starting a Vimeo/Cameo based web series for “Let’s Make A Meal,” “Teach | Trade,” and “Scenes For My Neighborhood.”
I made this silly little video way back in October. While I’m thankful my video skills have improved tremendously since then, it was still a really fun, spontaneous first attempt. I’m really looking forward to sharing stories in a new way.
I MADE A NEW THING!
